Bradley Pederson specializes in providing business consulting, audit, tax and accounting services to clients in a variety of industries including large agri-businesses, renewable fuels, construction, and manufacturing. He helps companies with various business challenges such as debt offerings, organization risks, and forecasting. He is a member of the firm’s Quality Control committee, and has served as the Compliance Services Director since 2015. From 2008-2015, Pederson served as the Assurance and Advisory Services Director. Prior to coming to Christianson & Associates, PLLP, Pederson spent 8 years in Fargo with Charles Bailly & Company/Eide Bailly, LLP as a Supervisor in their A&A department, where he was primarily an auditor/tax preparer assisting clients in the construction and manufacturing industries. After that, he spent a little over a year as a financial analyst with Knife River Company, a non-regulated subsidiary of MDU Resources where he was involved in modeling and due diligence related to acquisitions of gravel mining and construction companies on the West Coast along with fulfilling his responsibilities assisting in SEC filing requirements. The opportunity to become a CFO in the construction industry became available and Pederson spent 5 years as CFO for Sherbrooke Asphalt Inc., a highway heavy contractor located in Detroit Lakes, MN where he was responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company as well as reporting accurate financial results.
